Testimonial about home purchase.
My wife and I are very satisfied with the home we just purchased. Before we began searching for our
home, we have a pretty good idea what we wanted - a 4 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 car garage in a nice
neighborhood. As the search began, we put some offers in homes that meant our standard but we were
out bided in majority of the homes though we turned down a couple we were initially interested in. At a
point we found that we were lowering our requirements due to difficulties of finding what we wanted.
However, my wife and I kept reminding each other-this is not what we want.
At one point, I thought Rodney (our realtor or agent) was going to throw us out due to the numerous
change of minds we made. When we found the home we eventually bought Rodney did everything
possible to ensure we got the house which actually exceeded our initial requirements. Rodney was very
patient with us, he exhibited utmost professionalism in dealing with us, he divulged all information
about each house and did not pressure us to make a decision. He was always there to show a home we
requested. My conclusion about Rodney after working with him for the entire process is that he knows
this business really well. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a
home.
